Situated on Namirembe Hill over 5 kilometers from the city center, Namirembe guest house is a purely Christian setting affiliated to Church Commissioners holding company administered by a team of committed staff.
Formerly the facility acted as a monastery and a retreat home for the Church Missionary Society before the Anglican Church of Uganda Trustees assumed its ownership.
Namirembe guest house commands impressive views of the city and an easy reach to the adjacent Kampala city attractions that are always sought for on Uganda safari such as the Kasubi tombs, Uganda Museum, Namirembe and Rubaga Cathedrals, Gadhafi National Mosque among others.
Accommodation at Namirembe guest house is offered in a range of rooms including; Executive rooms with single beds, twin beds, double beds, and executive double beds; Standard rooms with five (5) beds and above, five beds and single rooms non self-contained.
Namirembe guest house also hosts conferences and meetings in its conference hall, Pary lounge and Kaije. These can host between 10 to 100 people.
This establishment also has a modern Business center with internet connected computers and well-equipped secretarial bureau.
