You will wake up early for breakfast at your place of stay after which you will be transferred by your guide to Jinja 80km about 1-2 hours’ drive from Kampala excluding stops en route. You will enjoy the fresh air presented by Mabira forest before making a stop to undertake a forest walk in Mabira. The walk exposes you to a range of birds, impressive flora and primates. The mature trees with lush canopy offer rewarding eco-encounters. After the forest walk, you will proceed to have an encounter at Sezibwa Falls. This is a splendid natural feature that has got rich traditional connotation. You will be amazed by the stories about this feature as narrated by the local guide. From Sezibwa, you can visit the tea plantations and participate in tea plucking if you happen to find the workers in the gardens. You will then proceed to Jinja to visit the Reptile village where you have chances of encountering a range of reptiles before proceeding to have a relaxing boat cruise to the source of the Nile.
